Booking enquiries

When you use our enquiry form, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, dates, message) to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Occupancy calendar

To show free and booked days, occupancy periods are loaded server-side from published Outlook calendar feeds. Event titles and personal calendar content are not shown on the website.

Hosting

This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Pages/Workers). Technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, timestamp) may be processed in server logs.

Google Maps

On the Location and Contact pages a Google Maps map is embedded via iframe. Google may process technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address). Using “Directions in Google Maps” / “Open in Google Maps” takes you to Google’s services. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
